Nicki Minaj has put all of her Barbz on notice and now teases more with the official artwork to her upcoming album “the pink print”. The third album from Young Money’s First Lady, which is now due December 15, has spawned the singles “Pills N Potions,” the Sir Mix-A-Lot-sampled hit “Anaconda,” and “Only” featuring Drake, Lil Wayne, and Chris Brown.
The captivating artwork features a thumbprint in pink ink (“It’s the key to my heart,” said Nicki) and was designed by Kanye West’s creative team DONDA, who did the artwork for Lil Wayne’s I Am Not a Human Being II and 2 Chainz’ B.O.A.T.S. II.
Nicki hopes the follow-up to 2012′s Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded will stand the test of time. “I think the album is so classic,” she told “The Breakfast Club.” “It’s gonna feel so good and I think it will probably be something that female rappers look to as a Pinkprint for years to come.”
Prior to the album’s release, Nicki will host the MTV EMA in Glasgow, Scotland on November 9.
